Jeff and Barbara bought their house in 1999. They had several homes to choose from on the market, but wanted something they could call home. The 1915 Bungalow required a “ground up” approach, a complete restoration that took six years to complete. A neighbor who had quietly watched the years’ of restoration nominated the home for the city’s historical preservation award. The City of Ashland recognized Jeff and Barbara for their dedication and commitment to preserving the home and was honored in 2003 with the Historic Preservation Award. This is truly a family home.
